Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of affecting the online visibility of a website in a web search engine’s unpaid results—often referred to as “natural”, “organic”, or “earned” results. In general, the earlier and more frequently a website appears in the search results list, the more visitors it will receive from the search engine’s users; these visitors can then be converted into customers. The leading search engines, such as Google, Bing and Yahoo!, use crawlers to find pages for their algorithmic search results. Google offers Google Search Console, for which an XML Sitemap feed can be created and submitted for free to ensure that all pages are found, especially pages that are not discoverable by automatically following links in addition to their URL submission console. An initial SEO audit, including competitive review and keyword research is conducted. This allows us to build a cohesive project plan with a clear outline for implementation, effectiveness, and success.
